Property Maintenance

Residents of East Sparta: Effective Thursday, September 6, 2018 the following Property Management Ordinance will be enforced. Mayor Don and Council are hearing the majority of our villagers who want the village to look better. This new Ordinance requires all residents to keep their residence looking clean and proper. Not only will this keep neighbors happy but will enhance our appearance to others traveling in our village. This new Ordinance will be enforced by village officials with the aid of our police force if needed. Please read and comment if you have any questions. East Sparta is a beautiful little village with beautiful people. Let’s all do what we can to help keep our village looking beautiful.
